The piXL 27-inch Monitor Privacy Screen is an essential tool for professionals, students, and remote workers who handle sensitive information in shared or public environments. By utilizing micro-louver technology, it restricts the viewing angle to 60 degrees, ensuring that on-screen data remains visible only to the person directly in front of the display. While it offers excellent anti-glare and anti-scratch protection, users should note that the filter is designed specifically for 16:9 aspect ratio monitors and requires careful cleaning to maintain visual clarity.

This filter is designed for standard flat 27-inch monitors with a 16:9 aspect ratio and may not sit flush on curved displays.
This model is sized specifically for 27-inch desktop monitors and will likely be too large for standard laptop screens.
The filter is designed for standard monitor usage; while it may rest over a touch screen, it is not optimized for touch input sensitivity.
Since no storage bag is included, it is recommended to keep the original box for safe storage when the filter is removed from the monitor.
The filter limits the viewing angle to 60 degrees; outside of this range, the screen will appear dark, though visibility may vary based on your monitor's brightness settings.
Clean both the back of the privacy filter and the monitor screen with the provided anti-static wipes to remove oils or dust that interfere with the static bond.
Ensure the filter is installed in the correct orientation and that there is no trapped dust or debris between the filter and the display.
Installation is straightforward due to the static-cling design. Ensure your monitor screen is clean and free of oils or dust using the provided anti-static wipes before applying the filter. Simply align the edges with your 27-inch, 16:9 screen and press gently to initiate the static connection. To care for the screen, wipe it gently with a soft, microfiber cloth or the included anti-static cleaning wipes. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials, as these may damage the specialized micro-louver coating. If the filter loses its grip over time, cleaning the back of the filter and the monitor surface often restores the static bond.
