The Charles Bentley 30L Slimline Pedal Bin is an ideal waste management solution for homeowners or office managers who prioritize space-saving design without sacrificing volume. It offers a sophisticated, touchless disposal experience through its integrated pedal system and soft-close lid; however, users should note that the slim profile may limit the width of bulky items that can be discarded compared to wider, traditional bins.

The bin measures H54 x W29 x D36cm.
Yes, it includes a removable plastic inner bucket for easy cleaning and waste disposal.
The bin is designed for pedal operation; it does not feature a stay-open lock mechanism.
No, the matte powder-coated finish is specifically resistant to fingerprints and watermarks.
The pedal is steel-reinforced to provide long-lasting, robust operation.
At 54cm tall, it fits under most standard desks, but please measure your specific clearance to ensure compatibility.
Check if the hinge mechanism has debris or buildup; clean gently with a dry cloth and ensure the lid is properly aligned.
Ensure the bin is on a level surface. Check the rear linkage rod to ensure it has not been knocked out of alignment during transit.
Ensure you are using the correct size bag for the 30L capacity. The ventilated base is designed to break suction, so lift slowly rather than pulling quickly.
Setting up the bin is straightforward: simply place the internal plastic bucket inside the outer shell. Ensure the bin is positioned on a flat, level surface to allow the pedal to function correctly. Compatibility-wise, the 30-litre capacity is standard for most supermarket-bought bin bags. For care, wipe the powder-coated exterior with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap to maintain the matte finish. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemical cleaners, as these can damage the coating. If the inner bucket becomes soiled, remove it from the bin and rinse it with warm water, ensuring it is completely dry before reinserting it.
