Yes, the cushion covers are removable and can be washed, though we suggest a gentle cycle to maintain the fabric quality.
It is strongly recommended to store cushions indoors or in a dry box during winter or heavy rain to prevent mold and fabric degradation.
Please check your purchase documentation or contact the manufacturer directly for specific warranty coverage details.
Yes, the table is designed to be stable, but always ensure proper clearance and monitor the unit while in use to prevent accidental fire hazards.
PE rattan is low-maintenance. Wipe it down periodically with a damp cloth and mild detergent to remove dust and debris.
Ensure the igniter is not covered by lava stones and the gas connection is secure.
Check all bolts on the galvanized steel frame and ensure they are tightened uniformly.
Verify that all suction pads are properly attached to the frame and that the glass is centered.
This furniture set is delivered flat-packed, and users should set aside sufficient time for the assembly of the frames. Ensure all galvanized steel connections are tightened properly to maintain structural integrity. For ongoing care, clean the rattan with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth; avoid using high-pressure washers which may damage the weave. The cushion covers are removable for machine washing if necessary, though we recommend spot-cleaning for minor spills. To preserve the longevity of your set, use a weather-resistant furniture cover during the winter months or periods of heavy rain, and always store the cushions indoors when they are not in use.
