The GreenPan Evolution Ceramic 28cm Wok is stylish and durable, featuring the state-of-the-art PFAS-free Thermalon ceramic coating enhanced with diamonds and the unique BalancePro that stays perfectly flat when heated. The Magneto induction technology allows the wok to be used on all hob types, including induction. With ScratchGuard technology, the XL cooking surface is extremely tough. The GreenPan Evolution 28cm Wok is made from 25% recycled aluminum and comes with the handle detached to reduce packaging. It includes a 5-year GreenPan non-stick guarantee and is dishwasher safe, though hand washing is recommended to preserve non-stick qualities. GreenPan’s Thermolon healthy ceramic non-stick coating is free of PFAS, won't release toxic fumes, and is metal utensil safe. The diamond-infused non-stick coating offers remarkable durability, balanced heating, and effortless cleaning.
