Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Connecting the Router: Plug the TL-WR802N into a power source and connect your device to the network.
- Accessing the Interface: Open a web browser and enter the default IP address (check the label on the router) to access the setup page. Use the default username and password (also found on the label).
- Choosing Operating Mode: Select the desired operating mode (Router, Hotspot, Range Extender, Client, or Access Point) and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Setting up the Wi-Fi: Configure your network name (SSID) and set up a secure password.
Compatibility:
The TL-WR802N is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. It supports various Wi-Fi standards (802.11b/g/n).
Care:
- Keep the router in a well-ventilated area.
- Avoid exposing the router to extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Clean the router with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners.
