Troubleshooting

Booster packs feel lighter than usual.

Card distribution in booster packs is randomized. Minor weight differences can occur due to the number of cards and potential inclusion of a code card or promotional insert. All packs contain the standard number of game cards, energy, and a code card.

The promo card is damaged or missing.

Contact the retailer where the product was purchased for assistance. If the issue is with a missing or damaged component that is the manufacturer's responsibility, reach out to Pokémon TCG customer support.

Code card for Pokémon TCG Live is not working.

Ensure you are entering the code correctly on the official Pokémon TCG Live website. If the issue persists, it may be a unique code problem; contact Pokémon TCG Live support for assistance.
