Full details

The Molten Creek TT ThreadTrade Bed Wedge Pillow Cushion is designed for individuals seeking versatile support for sleeping and comfort, particularly those experiencing acid reflux, back discomfort, or neck strain. Its key benefit is providing adaptable orthopedic support that elevates the upper body to improve alignment and reduce pressure. A minor caveat is that the foam fill, while supportive, may initially have a slight odor common to foam products. This wedge pillow offers a practical solution for enhancing relaxation and sleep quality through its supportive foam fill and functional design.

FAQs

What is the primary benefit of using this bed wedge pillow?

The primary benefit is providing versatile orthopedic support that elevates the upper body, which can help alleviate symptoms of acid reflux, reduce back and neck strain, and improve overall sleep posture.

How do I clean the bed wedge pillow?

The cover is removable and machine washable. For the foam interior, spot clean only with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then air dry completely. Do not machine wash or soak the foam.

What material is the pillow made of?

The pillow is filled with supportive foam. The cover is made from a premium quality cotton blend, consisting of 50% Cotton and 50% Polyester.

Is this pillow suitable for sleeping on my side?

While primarily designed for elevated back sleeping, some users may find it comfortable for side sleeping with adjustments. However, its main function is to provide an incline for the upper body.

How high is the elevation provided by the wedge?

The wedge design provides a significant incline, typically around 7 inches, to effectively elevate the upper body for therapeutic benefits.

Can this wedge pillow help with snoring?

For some individuals, the elevated sleeping position can help open airways and may reduce snoring. However, its effectiveness varies depending on the cause of snoring.

What is the warranty period for this product?

Information regarding the specific warranty period is not provided in the product details. Please refer to the retailer or manufacturer's website for warranty information.

Troubleshooting

Pillow does not seem to expand fully

Allow up to 24-48 hours for the foam to fully expand after removing from packaging. Ensure it is in a well-ventilated area.

Initial odor from the foam

This is normal for new foam products. Air out the pillow in a well-ventilated room for a few days before use. Washing the cover can also help dissipate the smell.

Cover zipper is stuck

Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Lubricate the zipper teeth with a graphite pencil or a small amount of wax if necessary.

Pillow feels too firm or too soft

Personal preference for firmness varies. The foam is designed to offer a balance, but may feel different depending on body weight and sleeping position. Consider adding an extra thin mattress topper if more softness is desired, or using the pillow as a supplement to your existing mattress.
