Is the green color natural or applied?
The green color is part of the marbled design, applied using techniques that create the malachite-like appearance on the porcelain.
What is the purpose of the 24-carat gold rim?
The 24-carat gold rim is a decorative element, hand-gilded to add a luxurious finish and enhance the aesthetic appeal of the container.
Can I use any type of candle in this container?
It is designed to hold standard votive candles. Ensure the candle does not exceed the container's capacity and always use caution when burning candles.
How should I clean the container if I use it for storage?
For storage use, wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure the container is completely dry before storing items, especially if they are sensitive to moisture.
Does the container come with a candle?
The product description does not specify if a candle is included. It is typically sold as the container itself, ready for a votive candle or decorative use.
What are the dimensions of the container?
Specific dimensions are not provided in the product information, but it is designed to hold standard votive candles and serve as a decorative object.
Troubleshooting
Container appears dull or dirty.
Gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a very mild, non-abrasive soap diluted in water, then rinse with a clean damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
Gold rim shows signs of wear.
This is often due to abrasive cleaning. Ensure only soft cloths are used for cleaning and avoid scrubbing the rim.
Faint scent remains after use as a candle holder.
Allow the container to air out in a well-ventilated area. If the scent persists, a gentle wipe with a damp cloth may help.
