Troubleshooting

Mattress feels uneven or has visible sagging.

Ensure the mattress is on a supportive and level bed base. Rotate the mattress head-to-toe regularly as per care instructions to distribute wear evenly.

Initial odor upon unpacking.

This is normal for new mattresses and is due to manufacturing materials. Allow the mattress to air out in a well-ventilated room for 24-48 hours. The odor should dissipate.

Difficulty rotating or flipping the mattress.

Utilize the integrated turning handles for a better grip. It is recommended to have two people when rotating or flipping a mattress of this size and weight.

Reduced support over time.

Regularly check the integrity of your bed base. Ensure slats are not broken or too far apart. Continue with the recommended rotation schedule.

Setup:

Carefully unpack the mattress. Allow it to expand to its full size, typically within a few hours. Ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface.
Compatibility: This mattress is suitable for all standard UK bed bases, including slatted, divan, and platform beds. Ensure any slatted base has gaps no wider than 3 inches for proper support.
