Troubleshooting
Low water pressure from shower head
Check if the shower head nozzles are clogged with limescale. Gently rub the rubber nozzles to clear them. Ensure the hose is not kinked and the water supply is adequate.
Shower head not staying in position on the rail
Ensure the clamp mechanism on the shower head holder is tightened securely onto the rail. Check for any obstructions or damage to the rail or holder.
Hose is leaking at the connection point
Verify that the hose is correctly attached to both the shower head and the water outlet. Ensure the rubber washer is present and properly seated inside the connection. Hand-tighten connections firmly, and if necessary, use pliers for a final snug turn, being careful not to overtighten.
Water dripping from shower head after use
This is often normal due to residual water in the system. Ensure the shower is fully turned off at the valve. If dripping persists excessively, check the anti-return valve if your system has one.
