Troubleshooting

Lid appears to be leaking

Check that the silicone seal inside the lid is clean and properly seated. Ensure the sliding switch is fully engaged in the closed position.

Beverage loses temperature too quickly

Pre-heat or pre-chill the mug by filling it with hot or cold water for a few minutes before adding your intended beverage.

Straw is difficult to insert

Ensure the sliding switch is in the open position to provide enough clearance for the straw.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before your first use, wash the mug, lid, and straw with warm, soapy water. To maintain the vibrant Sonic artwork and the integrity of the vacuum insulation, avoid putting the mug in the dishwasher; hand-washing is the best way to extend its lifespan. Check that the silicone gasket inside the lid is seated correctly after cleaning to maintain leak resistance. The mug is designed to fit most standard vehicle cup holders, though the integrated carry handle should be positioned outward for the best fit.
