Troubleshooting

The potty slides on tile floors

Ensure the rubber feet are free of dust or debris and that the floor surface is dry before placement.

Trainer seat feels unstable on the toilet

Check that the trainer seat is centered correctly and that the toilet seat lid is fully raised and out of the way.

Stool wobbles during use

Verify the stool is on a level surface; if it persists, ensure there are no small objects trapped under the rubber feet.

Enhanced safety features like non-slip rubber feet
High backrests provide superior toddler support
Lightweight and portable for home or travel use
Easy to clean and maintain

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the bundle requires no tools; simply place the components on a flat, dry surface to ensure the anti-slip feet engage correctly. The trainer seat is designed to be compatible with most standard toilet bowls, resting securely on top of the existing seat. To maintain the items, clean them after each use with a mild soap solution and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads or harsh chemicals, as these can scratch the plastic surface and make it more difficult to keep hygienic over time. The items should be dried thoroughly after cleaning to prevent water buildup in the non-slip rubber components.
