The Auto Clean PFC-20000 Pressurised Pond Filter Kit is a high-efficiency, self-cleaning unit designed for ponds up to 20,000 litres. It includes an AquaECO 8000 Low Wattage Pond Pump, 5m of 32mm Hosing, and 3x Jubilee Clips. The filter features a motorised sponge cleaning system, activated by a simple dial turn, which cleans the unit and sponges efficiently with audible indicators for start and end of the process. This reduces manual labour and the need for disassembly during routine cleaning. Each PFC pond filter is equipped with a built-in 18w UV steriliser to prevent algae growth and eliminate harmful bacteria and micro-organisms, promoting healthy pond fishkeeping. Filtration stages include mechanical filtration through coarse and fine filter foams to remove large particles, followed by biological filtration via bio balls harbouring beneficial bacteria, and finally UV sterilization. Clean, clear, and healthy water is returned to the pond.
