FAQs
Is this bauble made of glass?
No, it is crafted from a shatterproof material designed to look like a traditional ornament without the risk of breakage.
Can this be used outdoors?
While durable, this ornament is designed primarily for indoor festive decor. Exposure to extreme outdoor weather may damage the finish over time.
What is the diameter of the bauble?
The bauble has a diameter of 20cm.
How do I clean the bauble?
Simply wipe it clean with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water and cleaning chemicals.
Does it come with a hanging string?
The product includes the bauble itself; we recommend using your own preferred ornament hooks or decorative ribbons for secure placement.
Troubleshooting
Ornament keeps sliding off the tree branch
Use a heavy-duty metal ornament hook or a sturdy decorative ribbon tied tightly to the branch rather than a lightweight wire.
Surface looks dull or dusty
Wipe gently with a soft, microfiber dry cloth to restore the high-gloss shine.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Shatterproof design ensures long-term durability and safety
- Sophisticated aesthetic that fits various holiday color schemes
- Easy to clean with minimal maintenance required
- Sturdy construction supports seasonal reusability
Cons
- Large 20cm diameter requires robust support hooks
- May look disproportionate on very small tabletop trees
- Beige finish shows smudges if handled frequently without cleaning
Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your KDMD bauble, attach a sturdy ornament hook or ribbon loop to the integrated cap. Given the larger 20cm size, ensure you are hanging it on a thick branch near the interior of the tree to prevent the branch from drooping.
Care Instructions:
- Use only a soft, dry cloth to wipe away dust.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or chemical solvents as these may damage the shiny finish.
- Store in a cool, dry place in a cushioned box during the off-season to protect the surface from scratches.
