This Kenable Aura KVM extender is designed for users who need to control a remote workstation, such as a DVR, NVR, or PC, from a distance of up to 120 meters. It offers the key benefit of managing your device with a keyboard and mouse while viewing its video output in up to 4K resolution over a single CAT6 cable. A potential caveat is that a separate USB A to A cable is required for KVM functionality, which is not included. Key features include 4K@30Hz HDMI signal extension, USB 1.1 device support in the reverse direction, Power over Ethernet (PoE) for the receiver, and a local HDMI loop-out on the transmitter.

No, the receiver unit is powered via Power over Ethernet (PoE) from the transmitter. Only the power supply for the transmitter is included.
The 'HDMI LOOP OUT' port on the transmitter allows you to connect a local monitor or display at the transmission source location, so you can see the video feed simultaneously while extending it to the receiver.
Ensure the CAT6 cable is securely connected at both the transmitter and receiver. Verify the source device is powered on and outputting an HDMI signal. Check that the transmitter is powered on. Try a different CAT6 cable.
Confirm that a USB A to A cable is correctly connected between the source device and the transmitter's USB ports. Ensure the keyboard and mouse are functional and connected to the receiver's USB ports. Verify the transmitter and receiver are powered.
Use a high-quality CAT6 cable. Ensure the cable is not damaged and is within the 120m limit. Reduce the video resolution if necessary. Check for interference from other electronic devices.
Verify that the transmitter unit is powered on, as the receiver gets power via PoE. Check the CAT6 cable connection between the transmitter and receiver.
