Troubleshooting
Tent is unstable in windy conditions.
Ensure all pegs are firmly driven into the ground and that the guy ropes are taut and properly secured. Consider using additional anchoring if necessary.
Water is seeping through the fabric.
Check for any tears or punctures in the fabric. Ensure seams are properly sealed. For minor leaks, seam sealant can be applied. The PU coating may degrade over time, reducing water resistance.
Difficulty assembling poles.
Ensure the fiberglass pole sections are fully connected. Check for any obstructions or damage to the pole segments. The flexible nature of the poles is intended for ease of assembly.
Tent fabric feels stiff or brittle.
This may indicate prolonged exposure to UV rays or improper storage. Store the tent in its carry bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
