This guide helps users of the Worx PowerShare 20V 2.0Ah battery (WA3639) understand its features and get the most out of their tools. It's designed for anyone who owns Worx 20V, 40V, or 80V cordless tools and wants a reliable power source. The key benefit is the battery's compatibility across multiple Worx tools. However, keep in mind the 2.0Ah capacity is best suited for lighter tasks.

The Worx PowerShare 20V 2.0Ah battery is compatible with all Worx 20V, 40V, and 80V cordless tools that are part of the PowerShare platform.
The battery has a 5-LED indicator. Press the button on the battery to display the charge level.
It's best to remove the battery from the charger once it's fully charged. While the battery has overcharge protection, continuous charging can potentially affect battery lifespan.
Charge times vary depending on the charger. Refer to your charger's manual for specific charging times.
Remove the battery from the tool and let it dry completely before attempting to use or charge it. If the battery has been submerged, it may need to be replaced.
Store your batteries in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
Please consult the product packaging or the Worx website for warranty details.
Ensure the battery is fully charged. Check the battery connection and ensure it is properly seated in the tool. If the problem persists, try another compatible tool to rule out a tool issue.
The 2.0Ah battery capacity may be depleted faster if the tool is being used for demanding tasks. Check for any obstructions in the tool that may be causing it to work harder and drain the battery faster.
Check the charger and ensure it's plugged in correctly. Make sure the battery contacts are clean. Try a different outlet or charger to determine if the issue lies with the battery or charger.
To use the Worx PowerShare 20V 2.0Ah battery, simply insert it into any compatible Worx 20V, 40V, or 80V tool. The battery's design ensures a secure fit, and it's ready to use immediately. Ensure the tool's voltage matches the battery (20V). To care for the battery, avoid extreme temperatures and store it in a dry place. It's best to charge the battery in a well-ventilated area, and do not leave it charging unattended for extended periods. Regularly check the battery contacts for any debris. To clean, use a dry cloth.
