Troubleshooting
Poster appears slightly off-center in the frame
Gently tap the side of the frame to allow the print to settle, or open the rear clips if accessible to realign the matting.
Glass or frame cover is dusty or smudged
Use a microfiber cloth and a very small amount of glass cleaner if necessary, but spray the cloth first rather than the frame to avoid liquid seepage.
Frame feels loose on the wall
Verify that the hanging hardware is fully engaged with the wall hook and that the hook is rated for the frame's weight.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your poster is straightforward. Simply identify a location away from direct sunlight to prevent potential color fading over long periods. When mounting, ensure you use wall-safe hooks appropriate for the weight of the frame. To clean the frame or the glass/acrylic cover, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid using household chemical cleaners or abrasive sponges, as these can strip the finish from the frame or scratch the viewing surface. Regularly check the rear mounting hardware to ensure the frame remains flush against the wall.
