FAQs

What is the purpose of the right-angle connector?

The right-angle connector is designed for use in tight spaces, allowing for a neater installation and reducing the risk of cable damage.

What is the length of the cable?

The cable is 1 meter long.

What is included with the cable?

The package includes the 1 meter cable with right-angle and straight connectors, and an RF female to female coupler.

Can I use this cable for satellite TV?

Yes, this cable can be used for satellite TV as long as your equipment uses RF (coaxial) connections.

What are the connectors made of?

The connectors have gold plating.

What do I do if the picture quality is still poor after connecting the cable?

Check the aerial's position and signal strength. The cable itself does not improve signal quality. There might be an issue with your aerial.

Troubleshooting

No signal or poor picture quality.

Ensure all connections are secure. Check the aerial for proper positioning and signal strength. Try a different cable to rule out a faulty connection.

Cable doesn't fit in the port.

Make sure you are using the correct connector. Double check the cable is fully inserted.

  • Includes a coupler for added flexibility.
  • Easy to install and use.
  • Provides a secure and reliable connection.

Cons

  • Cable length is limited to 1 meter.
  • Signal quality depends on the aerial and environment, not the cable itself.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup

  1. Identify the RF (coaxial) ports on your TV and aerial connection.
  2. Connect the right-angle connector to your TV.
  3. Connect the straight connector to your aerial or the wall outlet.

Compatibility

The cable is compatible with TVs and aerials that use the standard RF (coaxial) connector. It's designed for Freeview devices.

Care

  • Avoid bending the cable sharply.
  • Keep the connectors clean and free from dust.
  • When disconnecting, pull by the connector, not the cable itself.
