Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
Ensure your subfloor is clean, dry, and level. Use a high-quality tile adhesive suitable for porcelain tiles and a flexible grout designed for waterproof applications. For floor installations, consider using a decoupling membrane to prevent cracking due to subfloor movement.
Compatibility:
This tile is compatible with underfloor heating systems. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for heating system installation. It can be installed on most standard subfloors, including concrete and cement board.
Care:
Clean regularly with a soft cloth or sponge and a mild, pH-neutral detergent diluted in warm water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the matt finish. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry with a soft cloth to prevent water spots. For stubborn marks, a specialized porcelain tile cleaner may be used sparingly, following product instructions.
