No, the cushions are made of polyester and should be stored indoors during rain or damp conditions to prevent mold and mildew.
The frame is powder-coated aluminium, which is highly resistant to rust. However, you should inspect it periodically for deep scratches that might expose the metal.
The chairs are designed to support a standard adult user comfortably; however, avoid standing on the chairs or overloading the footrests.
Yes, the covers can typically be removed for spot cleaning, but please check the care label on your specific cushions for washing machine instructions.
The set comes with the necessary hardware, but having a standard hex key or small wrench on hand can speed up the process.
Check that all frame bolts are tightened securely. Use leveling feet or a small shim under the leg if the surface itself is uneven.
Clear any debris or dirt from the hinges. A light application of silicone-based lubricant may be used on the mechanical pivots if necessary.
Spot clean using a gentle fabric cleaner and cool water. Ensure the cushion is completely dry before returning it to the chair.
Assembly of the set should be performed on a flat, soft surface to avoid scratching the powder-coated finish. Ensure all screws are tightened evenly to maintain stability. To care for your Wyld Haus set, wipe down the rattan and frame periodically with a damp cloth and mild soap. For longevity, keep the cushions in a dry, ventilated area when not in use. If the set remains outside for long periods, we recommend using a breathable furniture cover or moving the entire unit into a shed or garage during the wet season.
