Troubleshooting

Pushchair won't fold smoothly.

Ensure all locks are disengaged and that no accessories are obstructing the folding mechanism. Check for debris in the joints.

Car seat base indicators show incorrect installation.

Re-check that the ISOFIX arms are fully extended and locked into the vehicle's anchor points. Ensure the support leg is firmly on the floor and correctly positioned. Consult your vehicle's manual for ISOFIX locations.

Wheels are difficult to attach or remove.

Clean the wheel axles and the corresponding attachment points on the chassis. Ensure the quick-release buttons are fully depressed when attaching or removing.

Carrycot or seat unit does not click securely into place.

Align the unit carefully with the connection points on the chassis. Ensure there are no obstructions and push down firmly until an audible click is heard.
