Troubleshooting

Product feels dry or difficult to apply

Ensure the product has not been left open for extended periods. If dryness persists, a hydrating lip balm applied beforehand might help.

Color not as expected

Color payoff can vary based on natural lip tone. Try applying a lip primer or a nude liner underneath to adjust the final shade. View online swatches from multiple sources for a better representation.

Packaging is difficult to open

Gently twist the components. If there's resistance, check for any excess product around the seal.
