The belt is crafted from high-quality, durable leather.
Yes, the belt features a traditional polished buckle fastening with multiple holes for a customized fit.
Exercise caution. Due to the metallic letter studs, there is a risk of snagging delicate fabrics like silk or lace.
Store the belt in a cool, dry place, ideally laying flat or coiled loosely to preserve the leather and the integrity of the studs.
The belt is inspired by the 1970s fairground culture where individuals would adorn their sweethearts' names across the backs of their belts, combined with Vivienne Westwood's iconic 'Alex' belt archival style.
Gently check the back of the studs for any visible securing pins; if the hardware feels loose, avoid snagging them on clothing and consider taking it to a professional leather goods repair shop.
Apply a small amount of high-quality, clear leather conditioner using a soft microfiber cloth, buffing in circular motions until absorbed.
To ensure your Vivienne Westwood belt maintains its appearance, handle the leather with care. Use a leather conditioner periodically to keep the material supple and prevent drying or cracking. Because of the studded hardware, store the belt laying flat or coiled loosely; do not fold it tightly, as this can stress the leather and loosen the stud settings. When cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the studs and a leather-safe cleaner for the strap. Avoid exposing the belt to excessive water or direct heat sources.
