FAQs

What is the maximum weight capacity?

The chair is rated to support up to 120 kg.

Does this chair require tools for assembly?

All necessary components are provided, but having a standard screwdriver on hand can assist with the process.

Can the height be adjusted while sitting?

Yes, the gas-lift mechanism allows you to adjust the height while seated by using the lever underneath the seat.

Is the chair suitable for children?

Yes, its adjustable height makes it a popular choice for student desks, provided the user meets the safety guidelines.

Does it come with wheels?

The chair is designed as a swivel unit; please check your specific delivery contents to confirm the base configuration.

How do I remove stains from the fabric?

Spot clean gently with a mild upholstery detergent and a damp cloth; avoid soaking the padding.

Troubleshooting

Chair height won't stay fixed

Ensure the gas lift lever is fully released and not obstructed. If it continues to sink, check that you are not exceeding the 120 kg weight capacity.

Chair feels unstable or wobbly

Re-check all screws and bolts under the seat and base to ensure they are fully tightened.

Swivel mechanism feels stiff

Ensure the chair is on a level surface. A slight adjustment of the central assembly often resolves rotation resistance.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Easy and quick assembly process
  • Highly portable due to low 7kg weight
  • Comfortable padded seating for daily tasks
  • Versatile height adjustment for different desk setups
  • Attractive, modern aesthetic

Cons

  • Limited ergonomic features like lumbar or arm adjustment
  • Not intended for heavy-duty, industrial, or professional-grade office environments
  • Vibrant color may show stains more easily than darker fabrics

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly is straightforward and typically takes under 15 minutes. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during initial assembly to maintain structural integrity.

Compatibility: This chair works best with standard-height desks. Please measure your current desk height to ensure the 72cm-81cm seat height adjustment allows for sufficient leg clearance.

Care Instructions:

  • Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe down the fabric for regular cleaning.
  • Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may discolor the pink upholstery.
  • Periodically check the base and fasteners to ensure they remain tight after frequent use.
  • Avoid placing the chair in direct, intense sunlight for extended periods to prevent fabric fading.
