How do I clean the dolly?

Wipe the wheels and frame with a clean, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting

Dolly wheels are not rolling smoothly

Clean the wheels and ensure no debris is lodged in the wheel housing. Check that the sure-lock mechanism is fully disengaged.

Dolly feels unstable

Ensure the tripod legs are securely placed on the dolly and that the camera setup is within the dolly's weight capacity. Engage the sure-lock feature if the camera is stationary.
