Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup:
- Winding: If the watch has stopped, gently wind the crown clockwise about 30-40 times until you feel resistance. Do not overwind. Once running, wearing the watch will continue to wind it automatically.
- Setting Time: Pull the crown out to the furthest position to set the time. Push it back in fully when finished.
Compatibility:
This watch is a standalone timepiece and does not require external compatibility with other devices.
Care Instructions:
- Cleaning: Clean the stainless steel bracelet and case with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. For the crystal, a soft microfiber cloth is recommended.
- Water Resistance: Rinse the watch with fresh water after exposure to salt water or chlorinated water. Ensure the crown is pushed in fully before exposing the watch to water. For water resistance beyond 50 meters, it is advisable to have the seals checked annually by a professional.
- Storage: Store the watch in a cool, dry place when not in use. If storing for an extended period, ensure it is fully wound to prevent the lubricants from settling.
