FAQs

What size documents does the Durastar Flipchart Stand hold?

The stand is designed for A4 documents in landscape orientation.

How many pages can the stand hold?

It comes with 10 plastic pockets and can hold up to 30 pockets, each typically holding one or two sheets of paper depending on thickness.

Is the stand portable?

Yes, it features a freestanding design and folds up like a ring binder for easy transport and storage.

What material is the stand made of?

It is made of soft-ribbed metallic grey PVC material.

How do I clean the flipchart stand?

Wipe it clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Can I store more than 30 pockets in it?

While the stand can physically accommodate more, the 4-ring binder mechanism is rated for up to 30 pockets to ensure optimal stability and ease of use.

What are the dimensions of the stand when in use?

The approximate dimensions when standing are 320mm wide x 290mm high.

Troubleshooting

Stand is wobbly or unstable.

Ensure the stand is fully unfolded and resting on a flat, stable surface. Check that the 4-ring binder mechanism is fully closed and not obstructing the base.

Plastic pockets are difficult to insert or remove.

Gently open the 4-ring binder mechanism. Avoid forcing the pockets, which could tear them or damage the binder rings.

Document pages are not turning smoothly.

Ensure the documents within the pockets are not too thick or overlapping excessively. Check that the pockets themselves are oriented correctly within the binder.
