Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Air Compressor: Ensure you have an air compressor that meets the required 85–113 psi and 17.6 CFM air consumption. A compressor with a larger capacity will improve performance and reduce strain.
- Air Line: Connect the impact wrench to the air compressor using a suitable air hose. Ensure all connections are secure to prevent leaks.
- Lubrication: Before each use, add a few drops of air tool oil into the air inlet. This will keep the internal components lubricated and operating smoothly.
- Socket Selection: Use the correct size sockets for the fasteners you are working with. Always use impact-rated sockets for maximum safety and performance.
- Storage: After use, disconnect the wrench from the air supply and store it in a clean, dry place. This helps to prevent corrosion and extends the tool's lifespan.
- Regular Maintenance: Inspect the tool regularly for any signs of wear and tear. Lubricate the tool regularly.
Compatibility
The impact wrench is compatible with standard 1/2" drive sockets and accessories. Always use the right size and type of socket for the task.
