The Secrid Cardprotector for MagSafe is designed for minimalists and iPhone users who want to streamline their carry by attaching their essential cards directly to their phone. Its primary benefit is the combination of rugged aluminum card protection and the convenience of a secure magnetic attachment; however, users should be aware that the strong magnets may interfere with certain medical devices, and it has a limited capacity compared to traditional wallets.

It is compatible with iPhone 12 and later models, with the exception of the iPhone 16E.
Only if that case is specifically designed to be MagSafe-compatible. Standard plastic or silicone cases that lack internal magnets will not provide a secure hold.
Yes, the RFID and NFC blocking capability is built into the aluminium construction and does not wear out over time.
No, the Secrid Cardprotector is designed specifically to protect credit cards, and the magnet is positioned to avoid interfering with your cards' chips or magnetic strips.
The Cardprotector is optimized specifically for standard-sized credit and ID cards; it is not designed to hold loose cash.
Ensure your phone case is MagSafe-compatible and verify that no debris is trapped between the magnet and the phone back.
Check to see if you have exceeded the maximum capacity of 4 embossed or 6 flat cards, or ensure there is no sticky residue inside the mechanism.
Ensure you are using an aftermarket MagSafe-compatible adapter or case, as the base Android handset does not contain the necessary magnets.
To begin using your Cardprotector, simply align the magnetic back with the rear of an iPhone 12 or later (excluding the 16E model). The magnet will self-align and lock into place. If you are using a phone case, ensure it is a MagSafe-compatible case to maintain the strength of the magnetic connection.
Regarding care, the aluminium shell is low-maintenance; wipe it down with a soft, dry cloth if it becomes dusty. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these can mar the orange finish. Because this device utilizes strong magnets, store it away from sensitive mechanical watches and consult with your physician if you wear a pacemaker or other implanted medical devices, as the magnetic field could potentially cause interference.
