FAQs
Does this toilet include a seat?
The Rea Gustawo is typically sold as the ceramic bowl unit; please check your specific package contents to confirm if a seat is included.
Is the installation hardware included?
The toilet comes with standard mounting fixings, but you will need an appropriate concealed cistern frame system for mounting.
How do I clean a rimless toilet?
Because there is no rim, simply wipe the inside of the bowl with a cloth and mild cleaner. There are no hidden channels that require specialized brushes.
Can I install this on a standard partition wall?
A wall-hung toilet requires a robust support frame, usually installed behind a stud wall or a specialized mounting installation frame.
What is the material of the toilet?
It is made of high-quality sanitary ceramics, finished with a snow-white gloss glaze.
Troubleshooting
Bowl wobbles after installation
Ensure the mounting bolts are tightened securely to the frame and that the unit is flush against the wall bracket.
Water splash during flushing
Verify that the cistern flush pressure is correctly adjusted for the rimless bowl design.
