This Geberit Impuls380 Filling Valve is designed for filling cisterns and can be installed in exposed cisterns. It is suitable for use with clean drinking water, grey water (rainwater) with a filter system, and sea water (provided brass parts are dezincification-resistant). It is not suitable for water with high chlorine content, cleaning agents, disinfectants, or coloring agents. The filling height can be adjusted by turning the spindle, and the valve opens when the water level drops by 20mm. The old model number 242.983.00.1 has been replaced by 244.510.00.1. Suitable for use with grey water (rainwater), providing a filter system is used. Suitable for use with sea water (brass parts must be dezincification-resistant). Not suitable for use with cleaning agents, disinfectants and colouring agents put into the cistern (contact Geberit if any doubt). The filling height can be set by turning the spindle.
