Troubleshooting
Water marks appearing on surfaces
Ensure the planter is completely dry on the outside before placing it on furniture. For extra protection, consider placing a coaster or mat underneath.
Planter appears chipped or scratched
Stoneware can be prone to chips if dropped or impacted. Handle with care. Minor scuffs can sometimes be buffed out gently with a non-abrasive cleaner, but significant damage may be permanent.
Difficulty repositioning the planter
Utilize the attached handles fully. For heavier plants, ensure a firm grip and consider sliding the planter slightly rather than lifting if space allows.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The Ivyline Aurora Terrazzo Handle Planter requires no assembly. Simply place your plant, with its soil, directly into the planter. Ensure the plant's drainage system is compatible with a waterproof planter; consider adding a layer of gravel or using a smaller plastic pot inside if direct drainage is a concern.
Compatibility: This planter is designed for indoor use and is compatible with a wide variety of houseplants. Its size (H:21.0 x W:24.0 x D:24.0 cm) makes it suitable for medium-sized plants. It fits well with modern, minimalist, and classic interior design styles.
Care: To maintain its appearance, clean the planter with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the stoneware finish. Hand washing is recommended. Ensure the planter is completely dry before placing plants or storing it.
