Troubleshooting

Towel feels rough after washing.

Ensure you are washing according to the care label instructions. Using a fabric softener specifically designed for baby clothes can help restore softness. Avoid high heat drying.

Print is fading.

Wash the towels inside out on a gentle cycle with cold water. Avoid direct sunlight when drying, and opt for air drying or low heat tumble dry.

Towel is not absorbent enough.

New towels can sometimes have a stiffener from manufacturing. Wash them before the first use to improve absorbency. Ensure you are not using too much detergent, as this can leave residue and reduce absorbency.
