Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Clear your subfloor of any debris, nails, or sharp edges before laying the mats. Start from a corner of the room, fitting the interlocking edges together like a puzzle. Use a sharp utility knife if you need to trim the edge pieces to fit flush against your walls.
Compatibility: These mats are designed for indoor use. They perform best on concrete, wood, or tile surfaces. Avoid placing heavy, stationary gym machines (like power racks) directly on the mats, as the pressure can permanently indent the foam.
Care: Maintain the mats by sweeping with a soft-bristle broom or using a vacuum on a low setting. For deep cleaning, wipe down with a mild, pH-neutral soap solution and a damp cloth. Never use harsh solvents or abrasive brushes, as these can degrade the textured surface.
