IMPORTANT – Bleeding Instructions Before Use: Due to potential tilting during shipping, air may enter the hydraulic cylinders. It’s crucial to bleed the jack before first use, and it’s recommended to repeat this process monthly or whenever performance issues arise. With the release valve open, pump the handle 10 times. Close the valve and fully extend the jack. While fully extended, pump the handle another 10 times. Open the valve to lower the jack completely. Repeat this process up to two more times if necessary. If air remains trapped after following these steps, gently loosen the oil filler plug (located on the side) once the jack is fully lowered. This will help release any remaining air pockets. Regular bleeding ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your jack. Keeping this routine helps maintain lifting power and reliability over time.
