Setup, Compatibility & Care

Sowing: Germinate seeds from February to May at 18-20C (64-68F) on the surface of a good, free-draining, damp seed compost. Cover lightly with compost or vermiculite.
Germination: Place in a propagator or sealed container inside a polythene bag until germination (7-21 days). Do not exclude light.
Transplanting: Transplant seedlings into 7.5cm (3in) pots when large enough. Grow in cooler conditions for 10-15 days before planting outside.
Planting: Plant outside after all risk of frost, 30cm (12in) apart. Choose a sunny or semi-shaded location.
Watering: Water regularly, especially during dry periods.
Soil: Use well-draining soil to prevent root rot.

Compatibility: Compatible with a wide range of garden plants.

Care: Remove spent flowers to encourage further blooming. Be mindful of the plant's harmful nature if ingested.
