Troubleshooting
Baskets arrived creased
Gently steam the baskets using a garment steamer or iron on a low setting from the reverse side, ensuring the fabric is not directly exposed to high heat. Alternatively, allow them time to naturally regain their shape once filled.
Basket feels unstable
Ensure the basket is on a flat surface. If storing items, distribute weight evenly within the basket. The structure is designed for soft items and may sag if overloaded with heavy, rigid objects.
Fabric snagged or pulled
Carefully trim any loose threads with sharp scissors. Avoid pulling on snags, as this can worsen the damage. Spot clean the affected area gently.
