FAQs
What is the diameter of the hose?
The product information does not specify the exact diameter, but it is designed for standard garden tap connections.
Can this hose be left outside all year round?
While durable, it is recommended to drain and store the hose in a shaded area away from extreme temperatures and direct sunlight to maximize its lifespan.
Is this hose suitable for high-pressure washing?
This hose is designed for standard garden watering and car washing. For high-pressure washing systems, a dedicated pressure washer hose is recommended.
How does the kink-free design work?
The 3-layer braided structure provides reinforcement that helps the hose resist kinking and maintain its shape under pressure.
What kind of maintenance does the hose require?
Regular maintenance involves draining the hose after use, coiling it neatly, and storing it away from harsh elements.
Can I connect multiple hoses together?
While possible with compatible connectors, extending beyond 100m may significantly reduce water pressure and flow rate.
Troubleshooting
Hose is not delivering water
Check that the tap is fully open and the hose is not kinked. Ensure connections are secure at both the tap and the nozzle.
Reduced water pressure
Verify that the hose is not kinked or twisted. Check the nozzle for any blockages. Ensure the tap is fully open.
Hose leaks at connection point
Tighten the connection to the tap or nozzle. Check the washer inside the tap connection for wear or damage and replace if necessary.
Hose appears stiff in cold weather
Allow the hose to warm up slightly before use. Store indoors in freezing temperatures.
