Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up your canister, ensure it is thoroughly cleaned and dried before its first use. While the canister is robust, it is recommended to store it in a cool, dry area away from direct heat sources. For maintenance, wash the canister using a soft cloth, warm water, and a mild dish soap; avoid using abrasive scrubbers or scouring pads, as these can scratch or chip the enamel coating. Do not submerge the canister for extended periods, and always ensure it is completely dry inside before refilling with flour to prevent clumping.
