FAQs

Can I leave this furniture out all year round?

Yes, it is designed for outdoor use; however, using a protective cover is recommended to keep it clean and prolong its life during harsh winter months.

Does the set come with cushions?

The set is designed for standard use, but please refer to your specific shipping manifest to confirm if cushions were included in your bundle.

How much does the table rise?

The table height can be adjusted between 48cm and 68cm.

Is the steel frame rust-proof?

The frame is made of galvanized, powder-coated steel, which is highly resistant to rust, though it should be kept dry when possible.

How many people does this set seat?

The set comfortably seats four people, consisting of two individual armchairs and one two-seater sofa.

Troubleshooting

Table height mechanism feels stiff

Ensure the table is on a perfectly level surface and check if any debris is caught in the lifting rails.

Wobbly seating or table

Check that all frame bolts were tightened correctly during assembly and ensure the feet are adjusted evenly.

Difficulty aligning pieces during assembly

Do not fully tighten the bolts until the entire structure is loosely connected, then tighten them in a diagonal pattern.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Adjustable table height provides dual-purpose utility
  • Weather-resistant materials suitable for outdoor environments
  • Robust galvanized steel frame prevents rust and wobbling
  • Stylish design works well in diverse garden settings

Cons

  • Requires manual assembly from a flat-pack state
  • Large footprint may not be suitable for very small balconies
  • Requires proper care to maintain rattan longevity in extreme weather

Setup, Compatibility & Care

All components are delivered flat-packed with the necessary hardware for home assembly. To maintain the set, it is recommended to use a soft brush or a damp cloth to clean the rattan surfaces regularly. Since the frames are powder-coated, avoid using abrasive scrubbers that might scratch the protective finish. While the materials are weather-resistant, covering the set during heavy winter rain or long periods of non-use will help extend the lifespan of the rattan. Ensure all bolts are fully tightened during initial assembly for maximum stability.
