FAQs
Is the ink refillable?
These pens are designed as disposable units and are not intended for ink refills.
Will this ink smudge on glossy paper?
Gel ink generally takes longer to dry on non-porous or glossy surfaces; please allow a few extra seconds for the ink to set on such materials.
Is the ink waterproof?
This ink is designed for standard writing and office use; it is not classified as archival or waterproof.
Can I use these for left-handed writing?
Yes, the quick-drying nature of the gel ink makes them suitable for left-handed writers who are prone to smudging, provided they use moderate pressure.
How long do the pens last?
Durability depends on usage frequency, but the 12-pack is intended to provide a significant supply for heavy writers and office environments.
Troubleshooting
Pen is not writing despite being new
Ensure the protective plastic tip cover has been completely removed and try writing in small circles on a scratch pad to stimulate ink flow.
Ink looks faint or skips
Shake the pen gently or store it with the tip down for an hour to redistribute the ink toward the nib.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These pens are ready for immediate use straight out of the box. Simply remove the protective tip cover, and the ink is ready to flow. To maintain the longevity of the pens, observe the following care practices:
- Cap Management: Always replace the cap securely after every use to prevent the gel ink from drying out.
- Storage: Store the pens horizontally or with the tip facing downward to ensure the ink remains at the nib for instant start-up.
- Compatibility: These pens are compatible with most standard stationery, though they may experience minor feathering on highly porous or recycled paper stocks.
- Temperature: Keep the pens at room temperature, as extreme heat or cold can temporarily affect the viscosity of the gel ink.
