Phorpain Ibuprofen Gel provides relief from pain and inflammation caused by backache, muscle pain, and sports injuries. Apply 4 to 10cm of gel to the affected area up to 4 times daily. Phorpain Ibuprofen Gel is used for the relief of pain and inflammation associated with backache, rheumatic and muscular pain, strains, sprains and sports injuries. Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Squeeze 4 to 10cm (i.e. 1.6 to 4 inches) of gel to the affected area and gently massage until absorbed.
