The Capri was released in 1968 by Ford as a new specialty car for the European market. The Hot Wheels motif is a racing car modified by Zakspeed at Ford's request for the DRM (German Sports Car Championship), which competed in the Group 5 category. The car needed thick tires to ensure that the engine, tuned to over 500 horsepower, was transmitted to the road, and its distinctive exterior features include overfenders to cover them. When viewed from the side, the outline retains the silhouette of a production car, while the interior has been modified like an F1 car, giving it the impressive impact of a Group 5 car, also known as the Silhouette Formula! [Country of Origin] Thailand [Ages] 3 and up [Hot Wheels] Hot Wheels = Cool cars! With their distinctive Southern California look, fast-moving wheels (cutting-edge technology at the time!), and red-striped tires, they are currently the best-selling miniature cars in the world. [Perfect gift] Perfect as a gift for birthdays, Christmas, kindergarten or school entrance ceremonies, or other special occasions.
