Troubleshooting

Doors are difficult to slide

Ensure the quick-release wheels are clean and free from debris. Check that the enclosure is level and the doors are properly aligned. Adjust the wheel tension if necessary, following the manual.

Water leaks from the enclosure

Check that the shower tray is correctly sealed to the floor and walls. Ensure all seals and gaskets on the enclosure are intact and properly seated. Verify that the enclosure is plumb and square.

Frame appears loose

Gently tighten any visible screws or fixings. Refer to the installation manual to identify all connection points. Do not overtighten, as this could damage the frame or glass.

Glass is chipped or cracked

Contact the manufacturer or retailer immediately. Do not attempt to use or repair a damaged glass panel, as toughened glass can shatter unpredictably.
