Features a cut-and-abrasion-resistant diamond hard base coating for extreme durability and outstanding non-stick performance and heat distribution. Our ultra-hard and abrasion-resistant diamond seal enables easy washing and almost fat-free cooking. With the TÜV & GS approved removable handle, the pan fits easily in the oven or dishwasher and is easy to store and stack better. Suitable for searing and slow cooking meat, fish, vegetables, egg dishes, and more. Oven-safe for up to 260 °C without the handle. Our efficient thermal base ensures ultra-fast and even heat transfer. The sturdy cast iron body keeps its temperature for a particularly long time, saving energy. This pan is suitable for gas, electric, and glass ceramic cookers (not suitable for induction). Handmade in Germany with hand-cast aluminum products.
