FAQs
What age is the carrycot suitable for?
The carrycot is suitable from birth up to approximately 6 months or until your baby can push up on their hands and knees.
Can the car seat be used on the stroller without the base?
The included infant car seat is designed to attach to the stroller chassis, but the rotating base is for in-car use only and is not part of the stroller attachment.
How compact is the fold?
The Wow 3 features a two-way seat-on fold, meaning it folds with the seat unit attached in either direction, resulting in a relatively compact package for storage and transport.
Are the included accessories machine washable?
Refer to the individual care labels for each accessory. Generally, fabric accessories should be hand-washed with mild soap and water and air-dried.
What is the weight limit for the stroller seat?
The stroller seat unit typically has a weight limit suitable for toddlers up to around 15-25kg, but please check the specific product manual for the exact limit.
Does this travel system come with a rain cover?
The Cozy Bundle Whisper typically includes cozy accessories for warmth; a rain cover may be sold separately or included depending on the exact package configuration. Please check the product details.
Troubleshooting
Stroller won't fold or unfold smoothly.
Ensure the seat unit is in the correct position (usually upright) and that no obstructions are present. Check the folding mechanism for any dirt or debris and clean if necessary.
Car seat base is difficult to secure.
Verify that the car's seatbelt is routed correctly through the base and is fully tightened. Ensure the base is level and that the seatbelt lock-off mechanism is engaged properly. Consult your vehicle's manual and the car seat manual.
Wheels are squeaking.
Clean the wheel bearings and axles. A small amount of silicone-based lubricant can be applied to the moving parts, but avoid over-lubrication.
Fabric parts are stained.
Spot clean immediately with a damp cloth and mild soap. For removable parts, hand wash according to care instructions and air dry completely.
