The material is designed to be high-quality, tear-resistant, and UV-resistant, providing excellent protection against sun and light moisture.
You can keep it clean by wiping it down with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh solvents or high-pressure washers.
Ensure the cover is correctly oriented and check that the mounting slots are free of debris or obstructions.
Verify that both sides of the aluminum bar are fully seated into the factory mounting slots; if one side pops out, the tension will not hold.
Check the side tracks for dust buildup and wipe them clean with a dry, lint-free cloth to ensure smooth movement.
Installation is straightforward: ensure your Mazda CX-5 is a 2017-2025 5-seater model, align the ends of the cover with the designated mounting slots on the trunk side panels, and snap them into place until you hear a secure click. For compatibility, verify the year of your vehicle matches the specified range. To care for the cover, simply wipe the nylon fabric with a damp cloth to remove dust or spills. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive brushes, as these may damage the UV-resistant coating and the texture of the fabric. During periods where you do not need the cover, store it in a cool, dry place away from heavy objects that could dent the aluminum frame.
