Product Information

Full details

This Fimous Rattan Garden Furniture Set in Grey is designed for those looking to enhance their outdoor living space with a durable and stylish seating arrangement. Its key benefit is providing comfortable, weather-resistant seating for multiple people, ideal for patios, gardens, or conservatories. A potential caveat to consider is that color saturation may vary due to lighting or monitor differences, and returns for this reason are not accepted, so consulting before purchase is advised. The set includes a variety of modular pieces, a robust frame, and comfortable cushions, all crafted from hand-made PE rattan.

FAQs

Is the rattan truly weatherproof?

Yes, the premium PE rattan is designed to withstand British weather conditions including rain, wind, and sun. However, for optimal longevity, it's recommended to store cushions indoors or use a rain cover when not in use.

How is the furniture delivered?

The product is delivered on a pallet to the kerbside only. You will need to arrange for the items to be moved from the kerbside to your desired location.

Can I return the item if the color isn't exactly what I expected?

We advise consulting with us before purchase if you have specific requirements regarding color saturation, as we are unable to accept returns due to color variations caused by light or monitor differences.

What is the thickness of the cushions?

The set includes 8 cm thick seat cushions and soft pillow back cushions for maximum comfort.

How do I clean the rattan furniture?

The rattan material is low maintenance. You can wipe it down with a damp cloth. For more thorough cleaning, use a mild soap solution and rinse, then dry. Removable cushion covers can typically be machine washed.

What is the warranty period for this furniture set?

While a specific warranty period isn't detailed, the product description mentions factory direct sale guarantees quality and after-sale service, with the after-sales team responding within 24 hours to resolve issues.

Can the different pieces of the set be rearranged?

Yes, this set is modular, allowing you to arrange the L-shaped sofa, single chair, and tables in various configurations to suit your outdoor space.

Troubleshooting

Missing parts upon arrival

Please check all packaging thoroughly. If parts are still missing, contact customer support with your order details for a replacement.

Difficulty with assembly

Review the assembly instructions carefully. Ensure all parts are correctly aligned before tightening screws. Contact customer support if you encounter persistent issues.

Rattan appears faded

While designed for weather resistance, prolonged extreme sun exposure can affect color. Ensure cushions are stored when not in use and consider a furniture cover for prolonged periods of intense sun.

Cushions are damp after rain

This indicates cushions were exposed to moisture. Ensure cushions are stored indoors or under a waterproof cover when not in use, especially during rainy weather. Allow cushions to air dry completely before use.

Table glass is loose

Check that the suckers on the underside of the glass are clean and properly seated on the table frame. Ensure the frame is stable and not uneven.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Items in the Fimous Rattan Garden Furniture Set come flat-packed and require assembly. Ensure you have the necessary space and tools before starting. Follow the provided instructions carefully to connect the frame components and attach cushions. For larger sets, assembly is often easier with two people.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, or gardens. It is compatible with most outdoor environments but avoid prolonged submersion in water.

Care: The rattan material is low maintenance. Wipe down the frames and rattan with a damp cloth as needed. For deeper cleaning, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by rinsing and drying. The cushion covers are removable and can be machine washed according to their care label. To prolong the life of the cushions and prevent fading or water damage, it is recommended to store them indoors or use a rain cover when not in use for extended periods or during heavy rainfall.
