Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup
- Preparation: Ensure the subfloor is level, clean, and dry. Use a leveling compound if necessary.
- Layout: Plan your tile layout to minimize cuts and create a visually appealing pattern.
- Adhesive: Use a suitable tile adhesive recommended for porcelain tiles. Apply the adhesive evenly to the subfloor.
- Installation: Carefully place the tiles, using spacers to maintain consistent grout lines.
- Grouting: After the adhesive has set, apply grout. Wipe away excess grout with a damp sponge.
Compatibility
The tiles are compatible with:
- Indoor walls and floors (excluding wet rooms).
- Underfloor heating systems.
Care
- Cleaning: Clean regularly with a mild detergent and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Maintenance: Wipe up spills promptly to prevent staining. Protect the tiles from scratches by using floor protectors on furniture legs.
- Sealing: Although the tiles are non-porous, sealing the grout lines can help protect against stains. Consult a professional for grout sealing recommendations.
